Change of the board chairman of Dairen Chemical Corporation, an affiliated company of Chang Chun Group, will become effective from June 14, 2019.

Dairen Chemical Corporation's Board Meeting has elected the sitting Executive Director, Mr. Lin Shean-Tung, as the new Chairman of the board.  The change of the board will come into effect from June 14, 2019.
