“Integrity” is the essence of the Group's business philosophy. The Group insists on the compliance with the rule of law and ethical standards. The Group also respects stakeholder rights and builds mutual-trust dialog to improve information transference and has incorporated the ESG Policy into the Group's operational decisions and development directions.

The Group follows internationally recognized labor human rights to prohibit discrimination and ensure work opportunity equality. To fulfill social civic responsibility and achieve a better society, 5 actions of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focusing on the value of common good are adhered to, including “improving health and well-being at all ages,” “cultivating chemical talent,” “practice new thinking of responsible production,” “strengthen industrial environmental safety and health,” and “integrating community resources and exchanges.”
